Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with BJ’s Jewellers. We wish for all our customers to be happy with their product, and feel confident shopping with us in the future.

 

If you purchase a product from our store that does not meet your expectations, whether aesthetically or in quality, we accept returns up to 30 days after you have received your purchase. If you do wish to return your purchase you need to notify us by email bjsjewellers@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of your order and quote your order number and the reason for your return.

 

The item cannot have been worn and must be returned in its original condition and in its original box along with a copy of the invoice within 30 days of receipt of goods. The jewellery must be packaged safely to avoid any damage and we recommend you return it in the same manner you received it, but be aware that express post bag packaging cannot be reused. The cost to return the parcel will be the customers. We will send you a confirmation email once we have received and accepted the item for return. We can refund either by way of original payment, exchange or store credit.

 

Should you receive your parcel and it is damaged by the post, faulty, or you have been sent the wrong item, we will send you a new/correct item and your return costs will be paid by us. If your item arrives faulty we will cover any postage costs incurred and offer a full refund for the item or have a new one sent to you as quickly as possible.

 

We take no responsibility for items returned to us outside of the 30 days or for parcels lost or damaged during transit. If you are concerned, you may wish to insure the parcel. We suggest using Australia Post Express post bags for return as standard post can take up to 2 months to arrive on Norfolk Island. Once you have sent the parcel for return, please email us the tracking number.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
