Shipping policy

As we are sending our products from Norfolk Island, normal shipping times do not always apply. If you purchase a product from our online store you can generally expect the following shipping times (please make allowances for public holidays, backlog post time periods etc.):

 

Shipping within Australia Express Post approx. 7-14 days

International Shipping Express approx. 14-21 days

International Standard approx. 21-30 days

 

We will notify you once we have shipped your goods and provide you with an Australia Post Express Post Tracking Number.
